- Measure Twice for Precision Delivery: Before anything else, grab your tape measure. It’s crucial to measure the width and height of access paths to ensure a smooth journey for your spa from delivery truck to your property, accounting for obstacles like electrical boxes or awnings.
- A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words: Help us visualize your space by taking photos from the end of the access route, capturing any potential hindrances like fences or overhangs. Remember, we can't alter your landscaping on delivery day, so plan ahead for any necessary adjustments.
- A Solid Foundation for Your Spa: A spa, with its weight and water, demands a sturdy base. To avoid any sinking or shifting, we suggest installing on a stable, level surface such as a reinforced deck, compact gravel, concrete, or brick.
- Countdown to Delivery Day: Our logistical planning means we group deliveries geographically, with specific timing determined shortly beforehand. While we aim to offer a 3-hour delivery window, and even a courtesy call when we're close, your presence is essential. Be there to guide us, ensuring your spa lands exactly where you dreamt it would be.
- When Only a Bird's Eye View Will Do: If your spa needs to take a skyward journey to reach its spot, it's up to you to schedule a crane. We'll coordinate with your chosen operator to ensure your spa lands softly in its new home.
- The Moment of Magic: Watch in anticipation as we carefully offload your spa, ensuring its upright and ready for transit to its final spot. To protect your lawn, feel free to lay plywood along the path—just note that we don't carry this on our trucks.
We'll set up the cover lift and steps, tidy up the packaging, and with your final approval, we'll bid farewell.
- The Final Electrical Check-Up: We recommend having an electrician pay a visit within a couple of days post-delivery. This is the final step to ensuring everything is in perfect working order for your spa.
