My name is Matthew Coughlin and I’m a Regional Manager in Ohio. I’ve worked for The Great Escape for 8 years now and have a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Akron. My favorite products are definitely our pools and spas. They are the hardest and most complicated product specialty, but also the most unique. I love the products we sell because they have the ability to change families lives for the better. We sell products that everyone can enjoy. I make every person that walks through my door has a great experience by ensuring the store is always clean, neat, organized, and full of product. I greet every customer that walks in and thank them sincerely for their business when they leave. |

If you want to know what makes The Great Escape unique, it’s that we’ve never forgotten our roots. What started as one small store has grown into one of the largest specialty retailers in the country. We still do business like that small, family-run company, but now we have the buying power of a large retailer, so our customers get the best of both worlds.
Here at the Macedonia store, our size allows us to show customers product displays in many settings, helping them visualize exactly what their purchase will look like. Not only that, our sales staff has over 135 years of retail experience working for our store, with our products. All of these reasons mean every customer that walks through our door is going to get the very best qualified help in making their decisions.
