My name is Stephen Bourque and I’m the Manager at The Great Escape in Downers Grove. I’ve worked for the company for 25 years and I’m certified to sell Jacuzzi and Sundance Spas as well as Brunswick and American Heritage Billiards. I specialize in all categories, but ask me especially about pools and spas. I love selling spas because I love getting to sell rest and relaxation. The best part of my job is talking to customers and making them a part of The Great Escape family. To make a shopping experience great, I provide complete and real features that make sense. I explain a product as if I were selling to my brother or sister. I’ve worked at several The Great Escape locations and have several loyal customers that follow me to my new store to buy from me. |
