I wanted to make sure and thank you for your assistance in resolving my hot tub issue. On May 22nd, a new Jacuzzi tub was delivered to replace my previous Dynasty spa. We are very happy with this change and have been enjoying our new spa for the last week. We literally have been in it every day since.
I know this didn't start out the way we would have liked, however, its the customer service and how issues are handled that will keep me coming back to The Great Escape. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Steve, store manager for your Downers Grove location. He did an excellent job.
Word of mouth goes a long way to improve/change a business as I shared my experience with our neighbor and told them how pleased I was with the final outcome. In fact they ended up purchasing a $5,000 patio set from you.
